Do all dvd burners work when it comes to burning psx2 games. If not can I get a list of the burners that work. I going to be buying one in the next week. Thanks

The only format that I can tell you won't work at all on a PS2 (or pretty much any other application outside your computer) is DVD-RAM. For best results on all versions of PS2 it is recommended to get a burner that supports DVD-R (that and media is cheaper for DVD-R vs. DVD+R). Depending on how much you want to spend I would recommend the Cendyne/Pioneer 105/A05 drives or the dual format (this will do both DVD-R and DVD+R) Sony Dru500ax. The Cendyne if you can find it on special at Officemax or Staples will run you under $200 after tax and Mail-In rebates. It's brand name counterparts (Pioneer 105 which is a bare drive, no software, cables or anything else) will run you around $230-$240 and the loaded down retail version of the 105 the Pioneer A05 will run you about $270-$280. The Sony Dru500ax will cost about $350 at most stores. I hope this helps.
