Is there one that will fix errors that are on the dvd-rw I see that nero has one but I need to fix the 2 errors that are in the beginning of the disc. Im using incd and all of a sudden the system crashed and I can't seem to get the data back.

The only thing you can do with re-writables is erase them and re-record. Even if you could scan the disc to find an error you couldn't correct the errors without re-recording the entire disc.

Dang it. I don't want to redownload everything again to dvd-rw. oh well

You were downloading directly to the DVD? You might want to try saving to your HD.

yeah, I thought it would be safe to download directly to dvd, but made a fool out of me
