i.ve got my xbox going stright into the back of my video so i can record to vhs, but just recorded a film and when i played it back on my video its jerking and stuttering totally un-watchable.any ideas...

Its probably the macrovision, you can turn it off with evox.

its def not macro, i've never had any problems before!
when i turn the force frame rate on in xbmp settings it records fine but the audio is way out of sync!!!

found the problem. if you use the default settings under the decoder menu but turn off the use pal60 option it records fine!!
