I will be buying a laptop soon, but don't know which to choose, Pentium 4 or Pentium 4-Mobile. I know that "Mobile" or "M" works to save battery power but does that lowers the performance?
I'm looking for something around ~2.0Ghz Pentium

id recommend the old p4, the m costs more plus it comes with slower clock speeds. Its really not that much different, it doesnt have a bigger externeal cache or anythoing. If money isnt an option, buy like 2.4GHz+ because notebook hardrives are only 4200-5400rpm. Contact me about sites that are reputable and have really good deals. email removed
