i placed an order on wednesday afternoon for zelda usa for the cube. phoned first and the bloke said yep i have them in stock. so i ordered off there site using my credit card and also payed for special delivery. still i havent recieved anything, and i tryed phoneing them today only to get an engaged tone from 12 00 to 4 00. tryed again at 5 and got a ringing tone but no one answered. also they havent answered any of emails.

just wondered if anyone has ordered from them before?

you need to be careful when ordering online(even if you call in your order).......only order from reputable companies. www.videogames.com will allow you to compare multiple prices from various online stores and gives you a convenient rating system that allows you to see just how reputable and consumer friendly the company is. i've been ripped of once before and its next to impossible to take any action against scammers.

I don't know how the mail system works in the UK but it might be running behind (that's why I almost never select the faster option). Is it possible that they are simply closed for the weekend. It is possible that they are a scam but it's possible that it could be one of those. I'd give it till sometime next week before really worrying.

recieved the item....although i think your right...its better to pay for normal delivery than to pay the extra special.
