I'm looking for a d link 604 router. And I'm looking for one that is dirt cheap I did find a place that sells them that have already been used for $25. Or is it not good to buy a referbished router? I just need it to play online with my playstation 2.

I've used some refurbished stuff, basically speaking they are not bad.

I have had mixed results with refurbished stuff. I had a manufacterer refurbished monitor (Sony) quit working after 15 months (and $153). I also bought a refurb HP pc and it had a defective version of windows but HP covered me under thier limited warranty and my replacement is what I am using at this very moment. I haven't had it for quite a year yet so I am keeping my fingers crossed. I also have a refurb. PPI car amplifier that has been running strong for about the past 2 years. The point is that it is a bit of a gamble with refurb products. How much does one of those D-Links cost new? $25 sounds pretty cheap but I am wondering how much of a savings it is over a new one. If a new one is say $60 or more I would go ahead and get the refurb. as the price differential will be enough to be worth a little risk.
