when on the net and click a link or next page button the page cannot be found button comes up but if i right click open in new page it opens page no problem this happens sometimes but not all the time driving me crazy anyone help

In IE -> Tools menu -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Click on Restore Defaults. Close IE and restart.
