i want to make a screensaver (*.scr) file that will simply run a program such as winamp, or IE6....
Can i simply write a screensaver that just excecutes a program????

Simple Batch file should do the job. But I guess you wanna execute it automatically after a certain time gap. ?

download.com has shareware stuff to make screensavers, you can try that site.
