I never heard of a universal xbox, is it chipped? and where do you live?

YES mate its chipped, will apparently play games and films for all regions, my mate has exactly same chip and his plays fine, is there something i should alter in the settings? i asked bloke who chipped machine if i needed a boot disc, he said no

i think u need to change from region to region i think is a seting in your dash some whare, i have heard of this but never had a chance to play with this so im not mutch help, but i do know that u can change from ntsc to pal to ntsc-s.
