A friend of mine wants to copy some of these cd+g discs. I tried to copy one and when I opened up explorer to check if they were the same, both discs only had wave files on them and no graphics. Is this disc a cd+g or is someone pulling his plonker. Is there anyway to know it is a cd+g on my puter because all I can see is the wave files even when I unhide hidden folders. also what is the best software to do a staight copy of these discs.

when you open or explore a CD+G disc on a pc it will look like any ordinary CD ie the files will be wav as the Graphics part is only a subcode. The music part is exactly the same as any other music CD. so your mate may well have a karaoke disc, best way to check is try it in a karaoke machine (CD+G player)
