had some Bullsh*t get into my PC . trying to delete the entire folder but costantly telling me ".exe is in use or "disk is full" . its one of those folders that cause pop ups. dont now how it got past my norton AV. thanks to all

you need to press ctrl+alt+del and end the task of the .exe so it is no longer in use.Then delete the folder.

tried that, do not see anything running in task box

Try start-run and type msconfig and see if the item is loading at startup.
if so uncheck it and restart.

You could also try the deltree command after booting into dos.
