Ronaldsoft May 03, 2003, 08:35 PM sounds like a power supply problem. spinna May 03, 2003, 08:44 PM ive just disconnected some of my items in the PC and its still the same , ive got a 350W PSU nightheart May 04, 2003, 12:57 AM PSU might be going south, is it a brand name one, or a generic one? spinna May 04, 2003, 04:42 AM its just a cheap one that i got with my case nightheart May 04, 2003, 06:13 AM might not be the problem, but a new power supply would definately be wise anyway. Antec or Enermax wuld be my choices. If you get a "cheap" case, get one without a PSU and buy a namebrand one. MasterMind May 04, 2003, 03:05 PM Something is not resetting properly. When your PC restarts, BIOS sends a reset pulse to every device connected to Mainboard. It includes RAM, VGA Chip or Card (So our monitor resets) and so on. I don't think its related to PSU. If its Intel chipset mainboard, don't forget to install Chipset Utility that comes on CD with M/B. spinna May 04, 2003, 03:57 PM the motherboard is a ABIT KD7-RAID easyhomsey May 06, 2003, 04:34 AM your not alone i get the same problem ?????????????????? spinna May 07, 2003, 01:10 PM have you got the same mother board mate? |
