some times when i reboot my PC it doesnt come on , there is nothing on the screen and the monitor doesnt even come on and ive got to press the restart button to reboot it to get it on, what could this be??

ive just disconnected some of my items in the PC and its still the same , ive got a 350W PSU

PSU might be going south, is it a brand name one, or a generic one?

might not be the problem, but a new power supply would definately be wise anyway. Antec or Enermax wuld be my choices. If you get a "cheap" case, get one without a PSU and buy a namebrand one.

Something is not resetting properly. When your PC restarts, BIOS sends a reset pulse to every device connected to Mainboard. It includes RAM, VGA Chip or Card (So our monitor resets) and so on. I don't think its related to PSU. If its Intel chipset mainboard, don't forget to install Chipset Utility that comes on CD with M/B.
