I recently had a crash and now can't access my e: which has a CM4 savegame in it (i'm in 2010) and really would like to recover it. I haven't touched the drive since the crash.

I remember having some freeware software that could read the drive and i could rescue stuff from it. Could someone give me a link to software that could help? Preferably freeware :)

ok it's now 4:10 in the morning and i've recovered a lot more than i could have hoped for; thank god! Just to point people in the right direction this is PC Inspector File Recovery (http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/UK/welcome.htm).

This software is amazing to say the least and freeware.
