There is a very good FAQ here on the forum... (look in helpful folders) check it out and you can use WINrar to make the image, or bin file with. Then you can burn with CDRwin or a number of different burning software to make the backup. ;)

thanks for you reply but now ive got another problem!!!

based on info from the threads heres what ive done

after ive unzipped jap soul calibur 2 i get 17 files socal2.001-014,orgasm.nfo and socal2.sfv.

I add xxx.rar extension to the numberd socal2 files and leave the other two.

unrar the ist file socal2.001 to make the iso then its fine untill i get to 77%
when it stops and i get a messege saying that 'YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING VOLUME TO CONTINUE' file socal2.001.r00 is the volume i have to insert.

what do i do now? do i have a file missing or is there something im not doing right? I really would apreciate any help

Yes... you are missing a rar so look for one or get a par file and you'll be able to recover the rar with SmartPar... sometimes the rars are over looked and left out so look for a re-post. (look for that par too)

If you have problems keep coming back for more help... ;)
