well if you have mirc and ftp client you can get them no problem


ok on mirc get on a efnet server and when you logged on go to #xbins

this is what it will tell you Welcome to #xbins! In Order to get FILES you must type this /msg xbins !list he will then give you FTP info along with a username/password

so from there you would put /msg xbins !list then a bar will pop up on top and should say somthing like what i mentiond right above like your username and password


ok so you start up your ftp client then use the user name and password it gave you and then your in no remember your only allowed 50 megs a day so don't get too gready
