Hi There

My mate is having problems playing a dvd from the x-files & get this error messge when try to play in power DVD XP& has tryed other software but come up with different errors when trying to play.

Please note he is not using the TV OUT at all

Error code: f4d41436 TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.

He has a dvd writer: LG DVD - Super MultiWrite Drive Reader

using WIN XP
