Ok so I have a Matrix in my xbox but the bios is old... How about do I up date the bios on the chip with out taking it out and plugging into the programer?

FTP the new bios to your C/bios folder. Check your evox.ini file to check that your new bios is listed. If not just get the new dash and copy and paste the new evox.ini file into your older one. Make sure matrix is in mode four. Use the flash bios option in Evox. Select your bios. 30 seconds later you're done.
