The external version of the 500ax costs about $440-$450 and is every bit as good as it's internal counterpart (it's just a 500ax in an external case). I suppose if you really looked you could get a setup with multiple DVD burners but then you are talking about a $1000+ job which really isn't worth it unless you are trying to make some kind of business out of it.
