Is this media any good?

I havent got a drive yet but am about to order the Pioneer 105. Thing is I want some good media that will work well with the drive and that I can use for PS2, Xbox and Standalone players.

I would be happy with 2x, but 4x would be a bonus. I have looked everywhere for Bulkpaq gen4 2x but the only place I found was sold out.

Can anyone help?

I've just started using them this week (with Pioneer 105). Only done data and one DVD so far but all OK. I've heard good things from other people which is why I went for this brand.

Sorry to jump on the thread, but I am considering selling my 104 and getting a 105. I have had a couple of films on the DAtasfe red 4x and they work fine on my LOGIX 3000 standalone. How compatible are they with other home players?

these work 100% fine on my 105. in fact i would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a budget 4x disc that is very reliable :) .. i've used over 100+ with no coasters yet

No good for me. had 3 straight coasters on the xbox, seemed to be ok for movies though. as someone said, now the price has dropped from £1.39 to 95p there are quality problems.

If you can live with 2x burning though, then i would stick to the 99p ritek discs. these work fine for me and 99% of other people here for xbox/ps2 and movies.
