The new DVD works great but does not playback on my XBOX. I have created home movies and burned them to a DVD with MyDVD and they work fine on the XBOX. But i copied a movie to DVD and burnt it with NERO and now it will not play on the XBOX. Any suggestions?????

I had the same problem this is how u fix it. Get the latest version of nero. Go through the wizard and select DVD, now go to DVD-Rom (UDF/ISO) option. on the ISO tab select the following:
-ISO level 1
-Iso 9660
-Juliet
Allow pathdepth of more than 8 directories
-allow more than 255 characters in path
Now got to the UDF tab and select
-Force dvd-video compatibility mode (required for xbox)
go to the burn tab and select new and drag your VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders
I never had a problem since.

I also had the same problem until I started using DVD Decrypter in ISO mode. DVD Decrypter would be a great program to pick up if you haven't already as it can read through commercial DVD's copy protections. I just read it to the HD in ISO mode and then write it to disc in ISO mode. Works on my XBOX, PS2 and PC without a hitch now.:D

Mine only works for DVDs that fit on a single disc but you can still use the program to decrypt larger size files and then use a program like DVD2ONE to rip out the extras or downsample so that the movie will fit on a single disc.
