I did a search and checked Xbox scene but I'm not coming up w/ what I want:(

I just installed a 40GB seagate HD, all is well there. Now I want to transfer game's to my F drive, so I guess I put the game in a folder then transfer the folder to the Xbox thru FTP. But then what do I do? I know I have to modify the .ini file to load the game's but do I have to point it to each game's folder and it's .xbe file? Or can I just do an autoadditems line and it will load from there?

A bit confused.

Help appreciated:)

you can do 1 of 2 things.

1) make a folder named GAMES on the F: and put all the folders with your games in them in this folder. then edit your ini to see the folder "GAMES".

2) this is what i did. put all your games in their own folders. then put the game folders in the HDDLoader folder on the F: then make your ini point to the HDDLoader folder. i did this because when you use HDDLoader it will transfer the games there. so i FTP my games to this folder to keep them all in 1 place.

heres an example of idea 2. thisis part of my ini file:

Section "Root"
{
Section "Games"
{
SortStart
AutoAddItem "f:\HDDLoader\"
SortEnd
}

with this you will have an option as "Games" on the evox menu.
