yeah..& u know where to get it :) here whats new:

- Used new PCSX 1.5 source code
- CDDA playback
- Multi-disc support (go to options menu, then press Y to load new disc)
- Added more CPU options :
+ Disable XA sound processing
+ Always enable SIO IRQ
+ Black and White movies (speed up movies)
+ Disable CDDA
+ Use CPU interpreter (slower, but possibly more compatible)
+ Always enable SPU IRQ
+ InuYasha Sengoku Battle fix (might fix other games as well)


Here's What's New from the v1.5 PCSX sources :
* Added translation support, thanks to Zydio.
* Fixed several compatibility issues.
* Improved NetPlay code, added NETsetInfo, thanks to JNS.
* Fixed SW Ints, thanks to Xeven.
* Fixed Mdecs timing issues, thanks to Xeven.
* Fixed a bug related to Memcards in Xenogears.
* Decode_XA.c now uses fixed point,
* added NEGCON type to plugins.c/PsxBios.c
* added a mingw32 port (yokota).
* Added preliminary MacOSX code (Stefhane Conversy).
* Fixed bug in CreateMcd (kitaro).
* Added a 'NO PIC' image.
* Pcsx now compiles without a recompiler.
* Same small speedups.
* Fixed RTPS/RTPT SXYP fifo issue, thanks to Xeven.
* VSync now has a Start and a End ;), thanks to Pete.

can you play the games from cd yet, ie original ps game?

Nope. Reading cd has nothing to do with your emu. It will read any media your xbox lens will read.

nope.. :) btw..just tried DragonBall Z: Ultimate Battle 22, choppy sound onintro..but game works just fine :)

cdrwin keeps giving me disc errors... still havnt got a damn game to work.... i got one to load to the menu but that was it

the best thing is to load the emus from the hard drive. thats what i do and i play the movies in b/w nd it works great

v2.0 is already out? Dang if they keep this up this psx emu will be near perfect in no time...

Now if I could remember a ps1 game i wanted to play...

The emulator has sound issues on mdecs and when accessing the virtual playstation drive.

It is best to have the images of the games you want to play on the hard-drive and also make sure you DON'T have them zipped - loading from a zipped file takes a long time!

If you want to, you can have the images on CDRW/DVDR etc... but make sure you make up an xbox type ISO image that contains the playstation disk images and burn that instead of just burning the playstation images to CD.

It still won't load from a playstation disc directly. Personally, I prefer using images though so it's not something that bothers me.

Has anyone managed to get Ape Escape working? I get to the screen where it complains about no analogue controller but can get past that to the loading screen whereby it crashes (locks up).
