Media: Bulkpaq 2x DVD-R, green top.
Ultra DMA enabled.

The disc is fully burnt, nero reads 100% complete, buffer meter greys out, clock stops and then the system comes up with an error to the effect that it cant finalize the disc.
Same sort of thing happens on Instant CD+.
The media came with the drive and the lad i bought it off had used 30 of a 50 stack, so i presume the media is good.
Any ideas guys?

try using RECORD NOW MAX

I agree that Recordnow Max would be the better of the two programs to use. I have had nothing but trouble with Nero's software.

Before changing your burning software, update it to the latest version of Nero and see if that solves the problem.

If not, try using a good Ritek disk, as it could be a media issue.

I know many folk have had problems with Nero, but the latest version seems to have resolved the compliancy issues.
