ATI ALL-IN-Wonder comes to mind or the TV wonder pci turner card. Tunrer card is about 40-50, or a vid card is 100-500 depending on how wiz bang it is. Then just hook up a cable/sat. cord to card, hook up card to sound card line in, install software, and go.
