I was transfering files to my xbox & I noticed it wont fit more then 4096 files in one folder. Anyway to override this? Cuz the total numbers of NES roms is 4693. & I wanna have it all in same folder, unless Nester-x support multi rom path!

Ok...took off bad rom & japaeanse versions & im down to 4023, but now whenever I go to launch game in nester-x it freezes up when tries to list the games! :( any ideas?

how about installing 2 instances of nester on your xbox and splitting up the roms by 2. Then in your evox.ini file you can edit it to show:

Nester-X Roms 1-2000
Nester Roms 2001-4000

hehe :) I know I can do that. But that's not really a good solution. I think it's a bug with nester. It can list up to around 3000 files. But if its more the emu freezes!

I have it so that I have 3 emu + roms entries.

NES ROMS US
NES ROMS JAP
NES ROMS BETA and Hacks

I dleted my beta/hack& jap releases so now its down to 2600 or something. :)

hehe well lemme know when you figure it out. but sorting through 2600 roms would be a pain in the arse when you gotta scroll through them all. lol
