Question...

i installed some new software and did a firmware update on my CDRW. Somehow this appearently effected my multimedia keyboard, which does not seem to be multimedia anymore...

The keyboard still works, however all of the mulitimedia keys are disabled.
The keyboard is connected through USB, and (should be) Plug&Play. I just cannot get it working again... what to do?

did you try re-installing the software that came with it? Mine came with a disc to load the progy to set which keys do what...................just my 2 cents.............

Figured that, bnut it did NOT come with additional software for the keyboard... i bought the system (HP Pavilion) as a whole.

then you need to re-install the software from your system restore discs that came with it, or download the program from your keyboard manufactorer.............
