Is there any way that I can run my PLaystation 2 through a 21" SVGA computer monitor?

If so what would I need and where could I get it from.

ps2 games arent written in vga you know? thus they look fuzzyon some monitors. the best adapter costs $150.00 & looks about the same as a tv.
