I'm trying to unzip adobe photoshop 7.0 using winzip and get the following error message when I try unzipping the data1.cab file "Message WZ54". Does anybody know what this means, if so is there a way to correct it? Also when I go to unzip both the sys1.cab and user1.cab files it says it can't open them because they are not in the standard microsoft CAB format (as defined in mid 1998). The signature bytes required by Microsoft CAB specification are missing. What in the world does all of this mean?

Probably a duff zip file or missing files

Hi TOOL,
Are you trying to unzip a zip file containing Photoshop or are you trying to unzip the files - datacab1.dat - sys1.cab - user1.cab, the reason I ask is because I've just tried opening sys1.cab ec't and get the same message "not in the standard microsoft CAB format (as defined in mid 1998)." but you don't need to open these files to install Photoshop.
I'm sorry if I've misunderstood your post.
