I went to google and did a quick search using the same question and was directed to the Kazaa FAQ page and was given the answer:

"This is because you do not have local administration access to the computer you have installed Kazaa Media Desktop on. On some computer only logins with administrator rights can access certain files. "

When I went to user accounts (there are three accounts on this computer) all three of them said that they were the system administrator. Can someone help me with this annoying problem because as it stands right now all ofmy downloads fail. THANKS

Not one person has a clue? On this forum? Come on. That seems odd. I guess I have been spoiled. =) But seriously I would love some input regarding this problem. Thank you

what was the solution? Was it this "This is because you do not have local administration access to the computer you have installed Kazaa Media Desktop on. On some computer only logins with administrator rights can access certain files." ? If so I posted this in my original question. There are three users on the system like I mentioned earlier. All three say they are the system administrator. You stated

hi m8 this is what your problem is
and it should help you get it back again working

but I am not sure what my problem is or what your solution was.
