Vice City load screen problem [; ; win98]

Hello everybody.
I have a probleme with vice city, when i load the game, i got the logo screen and credit movie and when i got the game screen it hang and i can't do anything i must reboot my compter.
I have install the crack and also the no cd, but still the same.
Please help me

update your drivers? Don't know why so many people are having problems. Downloaded this a while ago & works fine.
