Can anyone tell me why I cannot copy a copy using "recordnow". I can copy it to the HD, but when I put in my blank dvd, I get a message asking me to put in a blank dvd!! I am using XP. The disc I am using is a x4 disc ,and it is reading at x4. This might seem stupid, but my dvd- writer is a +R/+RW. Does that mean that I have to use dvd+r discs to copy to? The discs that I am using are dvd-r. I hope this is clear enough for someone to give me help. Thanks very much.

yep its clear, you need plus r, not minus r blank discs for your writer.

LOL of course a dvd+r writer can only use dvd+r media, that is why it is a dvd+r writer LOL
