YASTAS Jun 10, 2003, 08:44 PM i have an original matrix and im trying to patch it with pdx new trainer so i built the gi. files using prassi which file out of the 3 do i patch with the ppf thanks YASTAS Jun 10, 2003, 08:50 PM ok i created the gi. files but when i load one up it says invalid global image image anyone know why YASTAS Jun 10, 2003, 09:58 PM it seems to happen after i applied the patch i load primo i get invalid gi. hut b4 i aplly the patch it loads up fine Discwizard Jun 10, 2003, 10:00 PM I am not 100% sure, but I do believe that the trainer was created for the specific group's release, and not the reatail version. Also, I think there is more than one retail release, since the first one had a few bugs in it. So, therefore the patching program gets flagged that the 'gi' file does not match the one the trainer was made for, and gives you an error message. YASTAS Jun 11, 2003, 09:05 AM which gi. file do i patch anyway the smallest, middle or the biggest or all of em thanks Discwizard Jun 11, 2003, 07:57 PM The one that is just '.gi' at the end. Not anything like '.gi(11)' Jaice Jun 12, 2003, 02:42 AM I found gi files hard to patch due to the way they are split, instead, when I patched XenoSaga, I used Alchol 120% and it patched and works great. REDBULL Jun 12, 2003, 07:05 PM God i love this patch , it makes life a dodle , i did it this way used dvd dcryptor to make an iso image from the disk and applied the patch and burnt back to disk with stomp Alexoi Jun 13, 2003, 01:30 PM Originally posted by Jaice I found gi files hard to patch due to the way they are split, instead, when I patched XenoSaga, I used Alchol 120% and it patched and works great. When you create the image, what extension is it so Alcohol can recognize it? Is it iso? Jaice Jun 13, 2003, 04:02 PM I think its mrg or something like that |
