Hi everybody.
I have a couple of Windows OS, which i have used in the past but now that i want to get a fresh copy of XP, i cant boot from the cd, the same i used to install them in the first place-eith booting.
Do u have what might b the problem?
i have set thi bios to look for cd boot, i can see that it is trying to read from the cds(i have 2 cdroms) but it continius to load Windows.
i tried to get a boot up disk from XP but doesnt work with cds.

The main problem is that i want to format my HD so i have to boot from a cd in order to do that, right?

any ideas?
thanks

here's the link for xp boot disks, straight from M$, but you might have issues if your cdrom isn't read in DOS. if you can try to set the bios to boot of the other cdrom drive, some of them you have to choose which, but anyway..............
