i got a radeon 9000pro 64mb at the moment and thinking about upgrading. i only got about £100 tho. whats the best card to get for this much? i can look on ebay too. is it worth changing cards?

also quick q about the 9000pro. its got tv out on it but when i connect to tv the picture is really crap and you can hardly see it. what could be the reason for this?
