if u are in the UK how do you register to become a new user when You are directed to the home page the only option is to enter a USA Zip code and USA states is there an alternative site that allows registration from people in the UK to allow them to send monies to USA .. my m8 has Paypal only ....

go to www.paypal.co.uk then go to sign up then choose top right Non-US Sign Up
