I had a slight problem with my outlook express yesterday, but whatever it was it is now ok. The only problem is that every e-mail received now comes in twice!!! Is there a setting I can adjust to stop this annoying habit??

Under tools, accounts, and then the mail tab, do you have an account listed twice?

Yes, if they are both identical bin one. If you are not sure you can just go to tools -accounts - properties and under the general tab uncheck the box which says "include this account ..." - save you binning something you might regret later!
