Hi,
I bought something on ebay from the USA (I'm in UK)
the item has apparantly been lost in the post. There's no insurance or anything and the seller didn't mention it, I just paid the postage cost he gave me.
Now he's asked me what to suggest now. Am I entitled to say I want a refund, or a replacement item sent?
what do I do? is it worth suggesting that he send a replacement, and I'll pay him the cost of insurance (not the item of course)
any help would be great in this matter.
