how do you overburn with nero????

To overburn in Nero, enable it in the expert tab, set the time there to at least what you are trying to burn and then burn in DAO.

It will still give you an error about not enough space, however you should be able to tell it to burn anyway.

When you say it is a movie is it (S)VCD? If so then you should burn it as an )(S)VCD, that way you can fit ~800MB's onto an 80min CDR without overburning.

@heavyartilery540, overburning is burning more data to a CDR than is specified in its ATIP. Such as 78mins onto a 74min CDR, 83 onto an 80min or even 99 onto a 99 as these usually specify 80mins as the nominal capacity.
