get a liteon dvd-rom £33
and a pioneer 105 from www.overclockers.co.uk For £117
£150 will read and rite karaoke excellently
that way you can put all your mp3+g on to dvd-r
and still write karaoke bu have the ability to write dvd-r films or karaoke

the problem is that getting a plex or a yamaha was once the only way to write cd+g
but now they have both decided to stop making cdr writers
so you are stuck
1 of the good things that used to be good aout plexs was that there aftersales was spot on
if you had a faulty product u got a replacement
but what will they replace it with if they dont make them anymore???

I have Liteon dvd reader 16x and pioneer A05 neither will read cdg
with cdrwin latest version the tick box for cdg is not avalible on the A05 it is but it comes up saying cant read audio at certain sector, On audiograbber 1.8.2 both come up with aspi errors even though i have tried aspi layers from 4.6 to the latest. So the people who say ther do could you tell me which software, aspi layer,OS and exact drive model

Plextors rock!!!
Tim... you may need to "Force" the ASPI issue. Try out ForceASPI from Cyrus Troy's page.
