I've just installed a Flip Lid and am having a nightmare. Can anyone help? Original DVDs work fine but the original CDs that used to work no longer do. Also the Swap Magic DVD disc has only worked 4 times since I got it and it has not loaded anything when it has worked. I have tried putting the my DVDrs in on there own and the PS2 reads them all ok.
Can anyone help?

I have a flip top lid and it will play cd-r games that are not rips I have been unable to get dvd-r to work it may be a media issue though I have tried using ICE dvd-r and FWS dvd-r.

Think I might have sussed it. I WD40'd the metal bars that the laser travels on. So far so good
