whats the best way to back this up and what should i leave out?

Well with DVD2One, you basically have two choices, full backup or movie only. Which one that you choose is of course upto you.

I actually backed up this film onto dvdr monday, used IC7 to convert it, removed all but the 5.1 and set the extras to min quality and the main film quality looks untouched.
