Hi all!
I did 3 svcd joins last week and they took less than an hour to complete!

But tonight I am doing daddy day care and it has taken 2 hours+ to do only 20%????

Any one know why? The others are fine as I have watched them! I have defragged the hard drive and I am not doing anything else on it!

Hope someone can shed some light!

I have just done the same film with Mpeg-vcr with no probs. Are you saving it in correct format when joined. The one i did was MPEG1(VCD) and not MPEG2(SVCD).

ah, might be it! yeah its the TCF screener! Bloody hell! Never even thought of checking that!
I have left it runing so will be finished now! What difference will it make if I encoded it as svcd?
