my main hard drive failed and before i wipe it i was wondering if theres any software that can access it so i can try to retrieve as many files as possible.

The pc sees the drive but it says that theres a disk write error and more than one unreoverable errors.

I'm n ot able to access the drive thru xp.

I'm able to boot on my spare drive so i do have access to windows xp.
