Okay don't shout at me but I may ask some daft questions here. I have a an xbox with Media player 2.0 already on it, (i didn't do it) and I want to upgrade to media player 2.4. I have the media player 2.4 software on a dvdr. What changes do I need to make to the config? Or can I just copy it over my existing media player? Any help would be much appreciated, and thanks for your time.

you can copy over it all but your settings will be over-written. just get the config file off the ftp and edit the way you like.
