Ok, I used the tutorial for the font xploit hack.

I used the evox.ini that comes with the 007save, the ernie and bert files that come with dayx but rather than using Xbdump and the default.xbe that comes with dayx, I used the signed default.xbe that comes with free-X font hack.

Any of the other combinations either gave me a black screen or a black screen with some linux stuff and a http address. Xbox flashes red on all these.

I FINALLY managed to get EvoX to boot without 007. Xbox still flashes red.

Now here's my problem.

The only menus I have available are: MS Dashboard, Reboot, Power Off, Settings, and Backup. The background looks the same as when I use 007 to ftp.

I noticed when swapping the evox.ini that comes with free-x font instead of the one that comes with 007save, I get some different menus when I boot it with 007. Such being, "Launch Menu" and no more "Flash Bios" menu.

But when I reboot, that dissapears. So I have 3 questions.

1. What happened to the Launch Menu?

2. Am I supposed to rename the ernie and bert files to Xbox and Xbox Book if I placed them in the font folder? Because I did. Without doing so, it will only load EvoX, if I have the cd tray open.

3.And as far as the skins folder goes, do you have to have subfolders as well, and if so do the skins.ini files have to be in the subfolders themselves or in the parent folder, "Skins"?

If you guys could just take a shot at some of these I would be entirely greatfull.
