yo I got my friend a no-solder for his version 7 ps2. When I hold down eject it makes a weird noise and doesn't open. Does ne1 know what the problem is?

sorry m8 it sounds like a faulty chip, because my m8 had the same problem so i gave him my old no-solder and it worked fine.

i suggest you ask for the supplier to send you a new one.

they should as most do. See if they require a RNA or whatever it is called first. You can also call them and get things straightend out too. I had to return something there and it took a few days, but they were good to their word.

Make sure that it is all the way in, as it may not have a good connection. I thought my first one was faulty, but took it out and put back like 3 times, don't know if I had to do it that much didn't try, but then it worked no problem.
