Wow... Talk about a sweet release. There's a humongous thread over at xbox-scenes about this loader. I just skimmed over most of it and figured I'd give you all the boiled down version of the thread in case you're considering doing this hack.
1. Basically get Complete_Signed_Phoenix_Bios_Loader.rar(you can skip the rc4 key with this) and bigfonts.rar(fixes the clock issue and makes the led green).
2. You can use it with other exploits too. You'll have to hex edit them to get the led to flash what you want.
3. The dvd remote has a ton of bugs depending on what exploit you use. Load the dvd after evox boots and you may have a fix. You'll have to do the xft/xtf trick though.
