hi guys

i have got ulead dvd movie factory and was wondering why when i put to avi files it takes up like 9 gbs on the dvd.. they are only originally 700 mb files so why cant i put the two files onto dvd??

AVI files always consume more space, I beleive its due to compression. If your going to DVD than use MPEG2....

Do you have a DivX enabled DVD player? Do the files use XviD or DivX? If the answer to either of those is no then as said you have to convert to MPEG2 which is what Ulead is doing. The original size is irellivant.
