i was reading on xboxhackz that if the original cable (ata/33) of the xbox is replaced by an uncut ATA/100 cable, will lead to faster loading in games!
is that true?
would the xbox work with an ATA/133 cable?

Won't make a blind bit of difference. The transfer speed is only as fast as the controller on the motherboard, and the Xbox IDE controller is only ATA33.

i wasnt expecting anything major.
just a slight increase in speed.
on that website said they ripped a cd in 16 instad of 18, and characters load faster in doa3.

Plenty of people have tested this. Swapping the IDE cable makes no significant difference.
