Could some one let me know if they have succesfully managed to share one roms dir with two emus?

I have MameX and KawaX on my F: drive and have a single 'dump' of all roms in f:\Roms directory.

However i do not seem to be able to alter the .ini files succesfully so as to share the central roms dir.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, im off work today and would love to sort this out.

i dont think you can share with those 2 emu, if i'm not mistaken, the guy that made kawa-x put in rom sharing but it doesn't work, hopefully he'll fix it in the next version.

you should get mame-ox, it allow you to share up to 4 dir.

ie, i put all 4k of my mame roms in mame-x, then i just direct the mame-ox to the mame-x roms folder

latest is mame-ox v0.72b1

Thanks for that will have a look at putting the roms in the kawax folder and getting mame to share them.
